Sara Zahner

Dr. iur. Attorney at Law

Dr Sara Zahner advises companies and private individuals, representing them both in court and in dealings with the public authorities. The main focus of her work lies in inheritance consulting for individuals with an international background (in particular expats) as well as succession planning in companies. Her dissertation examined shareholders' agreements at the interface between corporate law and inheritance law. Dr Sara Zahner draws upon sound knowledge and extensive experience with regard to legally complex and large-scale real estate transactions.
