Dr Sara Zahner provides inheritance law advice to private individuals with an international background as well as succession planning in companies. Her dissertation examined shareholders' agreements at the interface between corporate and inheritance law. Dr Sara Zahner has proven expertise in handling legally complex national and international inheritance law cases (e.g. with France, Spain, New Zealand). She represents heirs and executors in judicial and extrajudicial disputes and acts as executor. She advises cohabiting couples and patchwork families on pension and estate planning, in particular on the drafting of custody wills and cohabitation agreements.

Dr Sara Zahner has extensive experience with regard to legally complex and large-scale real estate transactions. In construction law, she mainly advises architects and construction management companies, in particular on contract negotiations, construction defects, claims for damages and fees. She also supports SMEs and private individuals on corporate and contract law.
