As a Certified Specialist SBA in Inheritance Law Isabelle Vogt provides comprehensive advisory services for estate planning (wills, inheritance contracts, prenuptial agreements), business successions, estate divisions, and philanthropic projects, including in an international context. She acts as an executor and conducts inheritance proceedings. Her aim is to find sustainable solutions for complex legal and familial situations.
In construction law, her focus lies on advising planners, particularly architects and the construction management. She assists (general) planners in drafting and coordinating (sub)planner contracts and partnership agreements, in competitions, in establishing project companies, contract negotiations, construction defects, claims for damages and fees, and copyright issues. Her clients include internationally renowned architectural firms.
In contract law, she provides advisory and litigation services for individuals and SMEs. She accompanies real estate transactions and is familiar with the special challenges in the field of design, graphics and art (production).
Isabelle Vogt is actively involved in the board of trustees of the Zurich Community Centers Foundation and the Bruno Bloch Foundation for medical research on a voluntary basis. She advocates for environmental conservation, was a longstanding member of the board of trustees of the Art and Culture Foundation Sitterwerk, St. Gallen, and published on the legal concerns of planners in the journal "Werk Bauen + Wohnen" for 15 years.
Isabelle Vogt is married and the mother of two adult sons.
