Isabelle Vogt
Isabelle Vogt has many years of experience as an advisor and litigator in areas of contract and commercial law, private construction and real estate law, copyright and art law as well as inheritance law.
As a Certified Specialist SBA in Inheritance Law she advises clients on complex national and international estate planning and settlements, philanthropic projects as well as inheritance disputes. She conducts inheritance proceedings and acts as executor. As a Construction and Real Estate Lawyer, Isabelle Vogt mainly respresents the interests of planners, including internationally renowed architectural firms. She reviewed their legal concerns in the magazine “Werk, Bauen + Wohnen” over a period of 15 years. She advises individuals, companies and institutions on Contract and Copyright Law and is familiar with the special requirements of those who work in the fields of design, art, and culture. She regularly pursues claims (for damages), including in connection with financial assets and constructions faults. During the SAirGroup proceedings, she represented one of the major foreign banks involved.
Isabelle Vogt volunteers on the Boards of Trustees of the Zurich Community Centres Foundation (Stiftung Zürcher Gemeinschaftszentren) and the Bruno Bloch Foundation for clinical and experimental research. From its foundation until the end of August 2021, she was also a member of the Board of Trustees of the Sitterwerk Art and Culture Foundation, St. Gallen.
She is married and has two adult sons.
