After completing his commercial apprenticeship at a notary’s, land registry and bankruptcy office in Zurich, Raffael Breitler studied law at the University of Zurich until 2013. During his studies, he also worked for various notaries around the canton of Zurich as well as for a medium-sized commercial law firm in Zurich.

In 2013, Raffael Breitler started to work for another law firm in Zurich as a substitute / legal assistant. In 2016, he expanded his skills with a professional training as a mediator.

Since November of 2016, Raffael Breitler works as a legal assistant for the lawyer Daliah Luks Dubno. 2018, he was admitted to the bar and acquired the recognition as mediator of the Swiss Bar Association. He is also a member of the lawyer network „Schweizerischer Beobachter“.

Furthermore, Raffael Breitler has been acting as substitute judge since 2012 at the Military Court 6 and since 2015 at the Military Court of Appeals 2.
